Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking available
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury self-care purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened bath & body products (Bath & Shower Gel, Bubble Bath, Bath Oils & Soaks)
- Personal care items (Deodorant, Electric Toothbrushes)
- Electrical styling tools (Crimpers, Curlers & Stylers) unless defective
- Used grooming equipment (Clippers & Trimmers)
Exception: If you receive a damaged or defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Return Process
Follow these steps to return your item(s):
- Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
- Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while your return is being processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
