Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened bath & body products (Bath & Shower Gel, Bubble Bath, Bath Oils & Soaks)
- Personal care items (Deodorant, Electric Toothbrushes)
- Electrical styling tools (Crimpers, Curlers & Stylers) unless defective
- Used grooming equipment (Clippers & Trimmers)

Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your item(s):
- Request Authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while your return is being processed.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We cannot refund these additional charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
